Project
Guangzhou Villa Interior is a residential interior concept design prepared as a feasibility and spatial study. The project addresses a private villa with requirements for family occupation, reception areas, and supporting service spaces. Design Consultant Group was responsible for interior architectural concept development, spatial planning, and coordination of finishes, lighting, and built-in elements.
Planning is organised through clear axial alignment and hierarchical room sequencing. Public and private zones are separated through circulation control. Massing is expressed internally through wall articulation and ceiling proportion rather than applied finishes. Sectional strategy coordinates stair placement, ceiling heights, and lighting integration to maintain spatial continuity. Joinery and material assemblies are standardised to support durability and long-term maintenance. Circulation is legible and uninterrupted.
Entrance Hall / Internal Order
The interior envelope is derived from plan geometry and vertical circulation alignment. Wall planes and screens define depth and control sightlines. Reflective surfaces are positioned to extend perceived volume without compromising privacy.
At entry, the hall establishes a controlled threshold. Axial views align with primary circulation. The stair is expressed as a fixed architectural element. Vertical movement is clear and direct. Service access remains segregated from primary arrival space.
