Raintree Office is a completed commercial and interior development delivered under a full-scope design and construction appointment. The site is an urban plot with fixed building envelope parameters and height constraints. The programme comprises open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, support areas, and shared staff amenities. Design Consultant Group was responsible for architectural design, interior planning, consultant coordination, and construction delivery.

Planning is organised to maximise daylight penetration and maintain clear circulation routes. Workspaces are arranged along the perimeter with service cores consolidated internally. Massing remains compact. Sectional coordination integrates ceiling services, structural spans, and façade openings. Operational flexibility is achieved through adaptable floor plates and durable material systems. Circulation is legible and uninterrupted.

Rooftop Terrace / Amenity

The rooftop envelope is derived from structural capacity and environmental exposure. A lightweight canopy structure provides weather protection and solar control. Columns and beams align with the primary structural grid.

The terrace is accessed directly from internal circulation. Balustrades define edge protection and maintain visual openness. Integrated planting supports screening and microclimatic moderation. Service routes and drainage are concealed. The rooftop functions as a controlled external workspace without impact on internal operations.
