Project
The ALL Church is a concept design and feasibility study for a worship and community building in Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai. The site is a constrained urban corner plot with defined frontage and access limitations. The programme comprises worship space, assembly areas, ancillary rooms, and support functions. Design Consultant Group was responsible for architectural concept development, feasibility assessment, and preliminary authority coordination.
Planning is organised through stacked programme zones to optimise site coverage and circulation efficiency. Massing responds to corner exposure and urban scale. Sectional strategy separates public gathering areas from support functions while maintaining clear vertical connections. Circulation routes are consolidated to support phased development and operational flexibility. Structural logic and floor plate organisation allow for multi-functional use without reconfiguration.
Elevation / Corner Condition
The envelope is derived from sectional requirements and vertical circulation alignment. Tall glazed openings correspond to internal stair volumes and circulation zones. Solid façade elements provide enclosure and service integration.
At ground level, the corner condition establishes primary access and visibility. Entry is legible from both street edges. Vertical circulation is expressed externally to clarify movement. Fire egress routes are direct and code-compliant. Public and service access remain clearly separated.
