WEWORKS Bangkok is a completed commercial interior project in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. The project was delivered under a Local Design Architect appointment with responsibility for statutory approvals. The scope addressed integration of an international base design within local planning controls, Thai building codes, and base-build constraints. Design Consultant Group led authority coordination, approval submissions, and compliance review.

Planning coordination focused on base-build interfaces, vertical circulation, and life safety systems. Sectional compliance was resolved across fire separation, egress provision, and compartmentation. Operational requirements were maintained within existing structural and services frameworks. Regulatory coordination ensured alignment between landlord conditions, authority requirements, and construction sequencing.

Façade Interface / Regulatory Coordination

The street-facing façade comprises a multi-storey glazed frontage within a dense urban context. Coordination addressed façade interfaces, signage zones, and approval documentation. Fire-rated assemblies, exit discharge, and public realm safety provisions were integrated at ground level.

Access conditions were resolved through compliant entry widths and controlled thresholds. Public interface requirements were coordinated with local authority standards. Service and back-of-house provisions were maintained independently of public circulation.
