B2 Bang Saen Premier Hotel is a completed hospitality development in Saen Suk, Chon Buri. The site is located within a dense urban fabric with defined street frontage and limited setbacks. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level arrival and service zone. Design Consultant Group delivered full architectural services, including statutory approvals and construction coordination.

Planning is structured around a rational structural grid supporting modular guestroom layouts. Circulation is compact and vertically consolidated. Massing is resolved as a controlled mid-rise volume responding to plot constraints and adjacent building scale. Sectional organisation separates public, guest, and service functions while supporting daylight access and servicing efficiency. Construction systems and detailing prioritise durability, repetition, and operational reliability.

Urban Elevation / Arrival

The elevation is derived from the accommodation module and structural bay spacing. A gently curved frontage moderates scale and aligns with street geometry. Vertical window rhythm reinforces façade order and proportional control.

At ground level, the building is recessed to form a sheltered arrival threshold. Public access is direct and legible. Lobby frontage addresses the street. Service access is segregated from guest entry. The street interface remains clear and controlled.
