B2 Don Mueang Premier Hotel

Project

B2 Don Mueang Premier Hotel is a completed mid-rise hospitality development in Bang Khen, Bangkok. The site occupies a constrained urban corner with limited setbacks and adjacent mixed-use buildings. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level public and service base. Design Consultant Group provided full architectural services, including statutory approvals and construction coordination.

Planning is organised through a rational structural grid supporting modular guestroom layouts. Circulation is compact and vertically consolidated. Massing addresses the corner condition while maintaining efficient floor plates. Sectional organisation separates public, guest, and service functions and supports daylight penetration and servicing clarity. Construction systems prioritise repetition, durability, and regulatory compliance for continuous operation.

Urban Massing / Corner Condition

The envelope is derived from the accommodation module and structural bay spacing. Repetitive façade articulation establishes proportional control. A projecting glazed corner volume identifies public functions and vertical circulation.

At ground level, the base is recessed to form a sheltered threshold and define arrival. Public access is legible from both street fronts. Lobby transparency supports orientation. Service entry is segregated from guest movement. The street interface remains controlled and ordered.
