B2 Grand Nimman Deluxe Premier Hotel is a completed hospitality development in Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai. The site occupies an urban plot with defined street frontage and vehicular access constraints. The programme comprises guest accommodation distributed across two mid-rise blocks with shared arrival and service infrastructure. Design Consultant Group provided architectural design services, regulatory coordination, and construction delivery oversight.

Planning is organised through parallel hotel wings arranged around a central forecourt. Modular guestroom layouts align with a repetitive structural grid. Circulation is direct and segregated between guest, service, and operational movement. Massing is balanced across the site to maintain clear orientation. Sectional coordination supports efficient stacking, vertical servicing, and regulatory compliance. Interior specifications prioritise durability and maintenance under continuous occupancy.

Elevation / Arrival

The façade system is derived from the guestroom module and structural bay spacing. A consistent grid establishes proportional control across both buildings. Recessed ground floors provide weather protection and legible thresholds.

The arrival court operates as the primary site organiser. Vehicular access and drop-off are consolidated within the forecourt. Public entry is clear and controlled. Planting and setbacks mediate the street edge. Service access is separated from guest approach.
