B2 Grand Nimman Premier Hotel is a completed hospitality development in Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai. The site is located within a dense urban block with defined street edges and limited setbacks. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level arrival and service zone. Design Consultant Group provided comprehensive architectural services, including regulatory approvals and construction-stage coordination.

Planning is based on modular guestroom layouts aligned to a repetitive structural grid. Circulation is direct and efficient. Vertical stacking consolidates accommodation floors while maintaining separation from public and service functions. Sectional organisation supports daylight access, servicing efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. Material assemblies and detailing are standardised to support long-term maintenance and operational consistency.

Elevation / Façade / Arrival

The primary elevation is defined by a regular window grid derived from the room module. Vertical piers and panel joints establish proportional control and façade rhythm. Envelope composition supports durability and ease of construction.

At ground level, the base is recessed to distinguish arrival and public movement from accommodation above. Entry is legible from the street. Lobby access is direct. Service circulation is separated from guest routes. The façade strategy prioritises repetition, buildability, and operational performance.
