Project

B2 Hat Yai Premier Hotel is a completed mid-rise hospitality development in Hat Yai, Songkhla. The site is located within a dense urban corridor with adjacent high-rise developments and limited setbacks. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level public and service podium. Design Consultant Group provided full architectural services, including statutory approvals and construction coordination.

Planning is based on a rational structural grid supporting modular guestroom layouts. Circulation is vertically consolidated and clearly separated between guest, public, and service functions. Massing responds to surrounding building heights and plot constraints. Sectional organisation supports daylight penetration, efficient servicing, and regulatory compliance. Construction systems prioritise repetition, durability, and long-term operational stability.

Elevation / Arrival

The façade system is derived from the guestroom module and structural bay spacing. Upper floors project to define enclosure and scale relative to the street. Envelope articulation is controlled and consistent across elevations.

At ground level, a glazed corner lobby defines the primary arrival point. Public access is legible from the street. The podium maintains transparency to support orientation and surveillance. Service access is segregated from guest movement. The street interface remains clear and ordered within the surrounding urban context.
