Project

B2 Huai Khwang Premier Hotel is a completed mid-rise hospitality development in Din Daeng, Bangkok. The site is located within a dense urban fabric with constrained frontage and limited setbacks. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level arrival and service base. Design Consultant Group was appointed for full architectural services, including statutory approvals and construction delivery coordination.

Planning is structured around a rational structural grid supporting modular guestroom layouts. Circulation is compact and legible. Vertical stacking consolidates accommodation floors while maintaining separation between public, guest, and service movement. Massing responds to local height controls and plot efficiency. Sectional organisation supports daylight penetration, servicing clarity, and regulatory compliance. Material systems and detailing prioritise durability and long-term maintenance.

Arrival / Façade

The envelope is derived from the repetitive room module and structural bay spacing. Façade articulation is controlled and consistent. Openings are calibrated for daylight and solar moderation.

At ground level, the arrival sequence is defined by a recessed entrance and canopy structure. Lobby frontage is transparent and directly addresses the street. Lighting is integrated to support orientation and access. Service entry is segregated from guest arrival.
