B2 Phrae Hotel is a completed mid-rise hospitality development in Phrae. The site occupies a provincial urban plot with direct street frontage and adjacent low-rise context. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a ground-level arrival and service base. Design Consultant Group provided architectural and interior design services from concept development through construction completion.

Planning is based on repetitive room stacking aligned to a rational structural grid. Circulation is linear and compact. Vertical organisation consolidates accommodation floors above public and operational functions. Sectional coordination separates guest movement from service routes. Interior layouts prioritise efficient planning and durable finishes suitable for continuous use. Structural and material systems are standardised to support construction efficiency and maintenance.

Elevation / Arrival

The elevation is defined by repetitive window modules derived from the accommodation grid. Vertical articulation reflects structural bay spacing. The façade palette is restrained and limited to standardised assemblies. Window proportions support daylight admission and solar control.

At ground level, the frontage is opened to define the arrival sequence. Public entry is direct and legible from the street. Lobby visibility supports orientation. Service access is separated from guest approach. Building scale aligns with surrounding urban fabric.
