Project

B2 Rayong Hotel is a completed mid-rise hospitality development in Rayong. The site is located within a low-rise urban context with direct street frontage. The programme comprises guest accommodation, public arrival spaces, and supporting service areas. Design Consultant Group provided architectural and interior design services from concept development through construction completion.

Planning is based on a rational structural grid supporting repetitive guestroom modules. Circulation is compact and legible. Vertical stacking consolidates accommodation above a defined ground-level base. Sectional organisation separates public, guest, and service functions. Interior layouts prioritise efficient movement, reduced servicing complexity, and durable finishes suited to high-frequency use. Structural coordination supports buildability and long-term maintenance.

Elevation / Arrival

The elevation is derived from the underlying structural and planning grid. Vertical façade rhythm corresponds to room bay spacing. Deep window reveals provide shading and control solar exposure. Material selection is limited to standardised assemblies for consistency and maintenance.

At street level, a glazed corner condition defines the primary entrance. Lobby visibility is maintained from the public realm. Access is direct and controlled. Service entry is segregated from guest approach. Building massing aligns with surrounding scale and street edge conditions.
