B2 Riverside is a completed riverfront hospitality development delivered under a Local Design Architect appointment, including statutory approval coordination and construction management support. The site is defined by river frontage, constrained plot width, and adjacent urban fabric. The programme comprises guest accommodation arranged around a central courtyard with associated public and service areas.

Planning is organised through compact massing blocks enclosing a linear courtyard pool. Accommodation is arranged to limit overlooking and maintain privacy. Sectional coordination supports solar control, cross-ventilation, and separation between public, guest, and service circulation. Structural bays and material systems are rationalised for durability and maintenance under high occupancy conditions.

Courtyard / Public Space

The internal courtyard functions as the primary communal space. A linear pool establishes orientation and movement. Ground-floor active uses address the courtyard edge to support circulation and visibility.

The envelope incorporates recessed balconies and vertical shading elements derived from the accommodation module. Evening lighting is integrated to support wayfinding and spatial legibility. Ground circulation remains open and continuous. Service routes are separated from guest paths. Upper-level accommodation is visually and operationally isolated from public areas.
