B2 Ubon Premier Hotel is a completed hospitality development within a dense urban context in Ubon Ratchathani. The site is constrained by surrounding mid-rise buildings and limited setbacks. The programme comprises guest accommodation above a compact public and service base. Design Consultant Group provided full architectural and interior services from design development through construction completion.

Planning is resolved through compact floor plates and a vertically stacked arrangement. Accommodation levels are organised for efficient circulation and regulatory compliance. Massing responds to urban plot ratios and height controls. Sectional strategy prioritises daylight penetration, ventilation potential, and clear separation between guest, public, and service functions. Material selection and detailing address durability and long-term operational use.

Elevation / Façade / Arrival

The façade is articulated through vertical fins and window modulation derived from the accommodation module and structural grid. Envelope composition supports solar control and façade maintenance. The base is visually differentiated to establish hierarchy.

At ground level, a transparent lobby volume addresses the street. Public access is direct and legible. Internal visibility supports orientation and passive surveillance. Service access is separated from guest entry. Lighting systems reinforce clarity of circulation and site security.
