Dhara Dhevi Phase 2 is a concept-stage hospitality expansion in Tasala, Chiang Mai, commissioned for feasibility study and architectural concept design. The site forms part of an existing resort estate defined by water infrastructure, established access routes, and controlled view corridors. The programme includes additional guest accommodation, arrival facilities, and supporting amenities. Design Consultant Group was responsible for master planning, architectural concept development, and feasibility coordination.

Planning extends the existing water-based framework through axial organisation and pavilion clustering. Arrival, accommodation groups, and landscape corridors are aligned along a primary axis. Massing is distributed to maintain legibility and control scale across the expanded site. Sectional strategies coordinate roof heights, platform levels, and circulation separation. Phasing allowances are embedded within the planning grid to support staged construction and uninterrupted operation.

Elevation / Arrival

The frontal elevation is structured around a central pavilion aligned with the principal axis. Flanking buildings are reduced in height and volume to reinforce spatial hierarchy. Roof tiering follows structural and sectional logic.

Ground conditions are organised through a linear water forecourt. Arrival access is centred and direct. Public approach, guest circulation, and service routes are clearly separated. Operational control is maintained across all entry thresholds.
