The Project

Green Valley Residences is an upscale residential condominium project located in the Mae Rim area, which is designed as a landscape-based residential area that blends with its dramatic mountain topography. The architectural approach incorporates a curvilinear housing tower and low-rise facilities, whereby the priority stressed on expansive views and daylight exposure through the natural terrain with a sensitive footprint on the natural terrain of the site.

Our design will make sure that the constructed form is secondary to the landscape with a smooth flow between the interiors of the luxury residence and the context of the golf course.

The Architectural Form

The main residential tower has a curvilinear geometry that ensures maximum panoramic views and also strategically minimizes the apparent mass of the building. The continual deep-plan balconies are considered to be part of the solar shading systems as well; this articulates the construction at the horizontal level and improves the ecology of the building.

The resulting facade structure balances between the high performance glazing and solid structure components forming a sophisticated contemporary appearance responding to the particular climatic and aesthetic requirements of the valley of Mae Rim.
