The Project

Hycondo Tasala is a finished mid-rise housing complex in Chiang Mai, which uses strict massing and a strict vertical hierarchy. Our full scope appointment involved architectural design, technical coordination, and construction delivery and therefore a smooth flow of translation of the planning constraints into a high-performance residential form.

The project illustrates our capability to present a well-integrated urban condominium that is well balanced in terms of density and buildability, as well as structural clarity.

The Street Interface

This main street interface represents a managed threshold in which the boundary walls, signage, as well as softscape have become one to establish the project in its public appearance. The pedestrian scale has been considered by the architectural strategy, whereby the base condition is strong and upper residential storeys are visually recessed.
