The Project
Rochalia Residences is a modern housing project that was completed in Sanpakwan, and it is under a comprehensive architectural and regulatory commission. The project puts in place an organized residential vernacular with the massing of cubes, window bays set deep, and timber-textured screening systems that are designed with the accurate control of sunlight and privacy.
The design employs repeated villa modules to create a coherent urban streetscape in addition to simplifying high-efficiency construction and allowing internal space planning to be flexible.
The Villa Interface
The interaction of the private interior with the garden landscape is evidenced by this elevation through large glazed apertures, and shaded cantilevered bays. These overhangs and screens in these architectural designs are set to ensure that they will still have a firm visual association with the landscape without clashing with thermal comfort or privacy of the occupants.
The resultant mass is defined as having a structural clarity and readable projections, which effectively mediate the size of the building and contribute toward smooth indoor and outdoor residential experience.
